There is a monthly utility fee of $150.00, which includes all of the following: electricity, gas, water, trash, and sewer. Additionally, this also includes the unlimited complimentary use of commercial washers and dryers.

Approved applicants will be required to pay a $150.00 Lease Administration and Technology Fee due at lease signing.

Residents will be enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package at an additional fee of $14.95 per month. Package includes no additional charges for all rental payment options which include in-person, ACH, or check; on line tenant portal for maintenance, on line payments, and electronic statements; home buying assistance, free credit reporting for all rental payments; 24/7 maintenance hotline with live phone support; one time returned payment fee forgiveness and one-time late payment fee forgiveness.

All applications will require a pet screening before final approval, whether you have pets or not, including service animals. Additional application fees and deposits may apply.

Not only is the scenery beautiful but it's family oriented, safe to walk at night, and the schools are amazing. the homes are vintage and have won Neighborhood of the Year many times. I am happy to call Downtown Riverside my home. "

Also very close to unique and artistic park where you could walk to Rubidoux Mountain. R'mountain is a grate place to hike many go up for a nice fresh view up the mountain to see the city lights and unique view. And if your not a walker you could always go though the Santana Bike trail and test your self how far you could go. It's an active location and could always find something to do; with friendly a neighborhood everybody is welcomed "
