This home has had ownership care over the years and is now ready to be passed along to new owners. There is natural woodwork, some hardwood floors, an enclosed and heated front porch (thus part of the square footage), newer vinyl siding, soffit & fascia, paved driveway (2004) and lots of chain link fencing that encloses much of the front, side and rear yard. At one time the upper level appears to have been used as a apartment with a separate entrance on the east side of the enclosed porch. There is a kitchenette upstairs. The seller's intentions are to sell as is. There is certainly some dated features to the property, however; overall, this is a very nice and affordable home in Caldwell's Addition to the city of Battle Creek.
