The entire third floor is carpeted and has two bedrooms plus some extra space, and is accessible through the unit or you can enter/exit through a separate entrance from the inside hallway.

Owner pays heat, hot water, sewer, trash removal (town) and plowing/yard maintenance

Tenant is responsible for electricity, wifi and any other utilities needed and shoveling/salting porch
