Main floor features a bright eat-in kitchen, living room with lots of windows and hardwood floors, full bathroom with tub & shower and two of the four bedrooms. The two bedrooms on this floor are on opposite sides of the unit and one is slightly larger than the other.

The entire third floor is carpeted and has two bedrooms plus some extra space, and is accessible through the unit or you can enter/exit through a separate entrance from the inside hallway.

Owner pays heat, hot water, sewer, trash removal (town) and plowing/yard maintenance

Tenant is responsible for electricity, wifi and any other utilities needed and shoveling/salting porch

No Smoking inside unit - outside okay

    "Nice walkways, 1-2 mile walk with sidewalks are common in our community. Drivers are courteous and yield to dog walkers. It’s a nice walk… especially in the fall when the leaves are turning color, there are maple as and oaks and ginkgo trees that are a spectacle of color. Very enjoyable."
