It also has on suite bathroom and large walk in closet. Stay comfortable all year long with central heat and air, dual pane windows, and ceiling fans in every room. House is walking distance to Marigold and PV High School and a short distance away from Upper Bidwell Park.

Rent is $1575 per month and includes trash and basic lawn service.
Security deposit is $1575.
Pets considered with $25 monthly pet rent per pet (age and breed restrictions apply).
$10 monthly preventive maintenance fee
One year lease term.

If a holding deposit has already been placed you may place a backup holding deposit to be placed next in line. Backup holding deposits are fully refundable at anytime unless your application is moved into the 1st position. Backup holding deposits may only be paid in office.
