Unit 39 has the entire top floor of the house with three queen beds, plus a half bathroom. There is a house-shared front porch overlooking the strip with beach views and off-street parking for 2 vehicles tandem style. Additional parking spaces could be rented from adjacent property. Free street parking is directly in front of the house on Ocean Blvd on a first come first serve basis.

Owner/Landlord pays for utilities, heat, hot water, electric, internet, and trash removal. Tenant responsible for snow removal. No smoking allowed inside the property or on the front porch. Sorry, no pets.

Best of both Worlds. Beaches are just 6-7 miles east."
