About this House

Spacious single available in Old Town Goleta in a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo with laundry and pool onsite available for a February 1st move-in!!
Rent is $1,700/month plus utilities, all utilities (wifi and electricity) are split 3 ways.

Deposit is $1,700

You would be sharing the condo with my partner and I, we also have an adorable chocolate lab! We both work full-time from home for a local software company. We are both in our late 20's to early 30's, active and on the go when not working. We value having a clean, comfortable space to decompress in.

The ideal roommate would be a considerate and clean person, and value work-life balance. The condo is a two bedroom, 1 bath home with street parking. There is one assigned parking spot that is rotated. The home is located in Old Town Goleta with easy access to the freeway, a great location halfway between Costco and Downtown. The common areas are furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes etc. The bedroom is unfurnished and has a large walk in closet!

Reach out if you are interested in taking a look!

This is a month to month sublease but would prefer a long term roommate. The apartment is non-smoking.

This is a sublease agreement that is month to month but we prefer someone longterm
