  • Ben.mccarthy1
"I’ve lived in the neighborhood for a year and it is friendly and has strong community. The schools are great, streets are safe and is generally very quiet. Great for families and getting to Marin outdoor spots. Not much if anything going on for nightlife"
  • Jamesbiesecker
"if you're looking for a neighborhood with a lot of retired folks and not much going on past 6:30 at night and this is the place for you. "
  • Mattroache34
"Secluded from the rest of San Anselmo. No stores within a reasonable walking distance. A lot of wildlife especially at night where a couple full grown bucks walking slowly across the middle of the street isn’t a rare sight. The homes in this area are very expensive but so isn’t all of San Anselmo. Everyone’s got a swimming pool, a dog and most people drive nice cars. Even though it’s a secluded community there are still thefts from homes. The thieves look for expensive bicycles to steal "
  • Carlo A.
"Public transportation is accessible and convenient. Golden gate transit is comes frequently enough and I take it to work almost always. "
  • Emilywiem
"the seminary, nice neighbors, nearby hikes, downtown is close, lots of other dog owners, lots of families "
  • Jakefitnees
"A lot of family’s own dogs but would definitely recommend using a leash. Cars, bikers and walkers on butterflied better safe then sorry"
  • Eric S.
"Excellent sidewalks, lots of dog friendly restaurants and shops, and a vibrant community of other dog owners make San Anselmo a perfect spot for a pooch."
  • Megan H.
"Dog owners would love the neighborhood. Such nice strolls down treelined streets, and there’s a great walk up over the hill into downtown people like to walk. There are a few dog parks around us in Marin. "
  • Erin R.
"Lovely custom homes, friendly neighbors and a family-centric town. Great schools. Little downtown with a handful of special restaurants. A really lovely place to live. "
