"There is very few crime in this neighborhood. Schools are very good. And ratings of the school are also very good too. And the best thing of this neighborhood is commuting facilities. Near to Manhattan is also a big benefit. Religious communities. Friendly community too. Easy accessible to varieties of grocery and shopping centers. There are lots of Park for kids. And there are lots of play grounds too."

"We’ve lived here for about 4 years and will probably be here for at least another 10 years. We have two boys now (no kids when we moved here) and will be raising them here. "The train makes it easy to get to Manhattan. It's very dirty here and crowded, but the shopping is convenient. The parking is terrible. There is a lot of crime. But there are several nice parks. People are unfriendly and distrustful compared to other NY neighborhoods, but there are places with higher crime. "
