Older (1953) but very well-maintained pier-and-beam frame house with 2 bedrooms, one bath, one-car garage, one-car carport. Appraisal District shows size as 1248 sf. Two living areas, one with a metal, wood-burning fireplace insert and brick hearth. Kitchen has stained knotty Pine walls and cabinets, hard tile countertops, gas stove/oven, 2-seat breakfast bar, large double ceramic sink. Framed space for a refrigerator is 38x68. No dishwasher. Washing machine connections are in the kitchen; no connections for a clothes dryer; has clothes lines in back yard. Roomy dining area with large windows and lots of natural light. Bath has single sink, 4" tile countertops, vanity, tub/shower with sliding glass doors. Paneling in den; sheetrock in other rooms. Hardwood floor in living room; low-nap carpet in all other rooms. Vinyl blinds and curtains on all windows; ceiling fans. In-wall gas heaters in bathroom and dining. Central gas heat and electric cooling; gas water heater. Has whole-house attic fan (non-working?). Electronic security system, TV antenna, security light. Seller says there is a grease trap for the kitchen; non-aerobic septic system for the bathroom; gray water pipe for the washing machine. Wood-frame windows with aluminum storm windows; storm doors. Vinyl siding, soffits and fascia. Aluminum roof gutters. Three roof turbines.
