Description

PLEASE read carefully. Especially Zillow hunters. This property is located inside the city limits. The structure that burned is not structurally sound, and is not salvageable. The city is requiring the house to be demolished, no later than JUNE 12th, 2023. The privacy fence will have to be knocked down in order to demolish the house. Per the city, once knocked down, it is no longer grandfathered in, and must adhere to the Unified Development code. The 1,200 sq foot garage is dominantly built on the neighbor's property line behind this property. Meaning less than 20% of the structure is actually on 306 E Pliler's property; which is a major boundary issue with this property. THE CITY IS REQUIRING THE BURNT HOUSE AND THE GARAGE BE DEMOLISHED ON THIS LOT.
