On the southeast corner of the 15 and the 76. Very close to Camp Pendelton, Palomar College, Pala and Pechanga casinos. Beautiful, safe and quiet location with great neighbors and views all around.

High-speed internet(wired and wireless). Unlike most landlords who rent rooms, I allow overnight guests.

Security camera system, key-less entry for the house and the room.

I own this house, I am very clean, laid back, honest and organized. This is a quiet and DRAMA FREE residence. I need someone that is easy going, clean, can get along well with others and is respectful of the few rules I have. No smoking, illegal drugs or heavy drinking. No pets and no parties.

$800 plus $150 for utilities. $500 refundable security deposit. Month to month. Single occupancy only
