It is being offered at $7500 per Month with a One Year Lease Term.
Security Deposit of $7600 will be due at time of acceptance offer.
The first month's rent, in full, will be due on or before the lease start date.
The second month's rent will be prorated accordingly and due on the 1st of the second month.

Pets may be considered, upon owner approval and on a Case By Case Basis please note. Not all pets may be considered, certain breed restrictions for homeowners insurance may apply, so please ask ahead if you would like us to check on your pet ahead of applying or if you have any questions regarding this, as your application may be denied on pet/s if not approved for consideration in advance, Thank you. Additional security deposit amount of $1,000 per pet will be required IF Accepted.

Please note this owner may also consider other barn-type or domesticated outdoor animals, and/or chickens, with prior approval in writing, so if interested or if you have any questions, Just Ask ahead of time! Please note: Barn will not convey as the owner will be using it for storage of mowers and gardening equipment during the lease.

Appliances Included in the Main Home are: Gas stove, gas oven, countertop microwave (no owner warranty), dishwasher, refrigerator (no owner warranty), coffee maker (no owner warranty), and washer and dryer units (no owner warranty). Appliances Included in the Guest Home are: Electric stove, electric oven, countertop microwave (no owner warranty), and refrigerator (no owner warranty).

Landscaper and Pool Service will both be included with rent, but overall oversight and responsibility of landscaper and pool vendor, and routine visits, landscaping maintenance, weed abatement, and proper irrigation of all will be tenant responsibility.

Utilities Not Included, which will be tenant responsibility, are: Electric through Southern California Edison, Propane Gas through AmeriGas, Water through Rancho California Water District, and Trash Service through Waste Management of Murrieta.

This home has central heating and AC and is on Septic, please note any stoppages or clogs will be the tenant's responsibility during the lease, be careful what goes down all drains.
