This home is located in the growing community of Loma Vista in South East Clovis. Conveniently located near the Regan Educational Center which contains the great schools of Regan Elementary, Reyburn Intermediate and Clovis East High School.
Being on the east side of Clovis you aren't too far from great views of the Sierra Mountains. Also, there are amazing walking and biking trails in the area to enjoy views of the wonderful farmland, which is especially amazing in the Spring!

All in all this home is great for a young couple or family looking to live in a safe community that offers convenience and fun!

    "I love living right off the Clovis Trail. Been here 9 years and don’t plan on moving. I’m the onsite manager of Trailside Apts. Dewiit has sidewalks on one side and is well lit. I’ve walked after dark and feel pretty safe. Pollasky doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t well lit but the streets are wide and good for walking. And there’s always the trail!"
