The roof was a full tear off and put in December of 2018. Water heater and water softener are also from the same time. during roofing electrical was replaced AC added upstairs, and a crazy amount of new insulation added. This is a one of a kind find! Now, there’s a traffic jam on almost every street at least once a day. Crime has gone up. It’s noisy. All the beautiful fields and pretty open spaces are filled up with ugly, cookie cutter subdivisions. It used to be a lovely place."
