Application is $25.00 cash for anyone 18 years and older that must be on the lease. Background and credit check is an additional $37.00 per person paid online. This unit will include two (2) covered parking spaces assigned to this unit. Any additional parking spaces needed, is provided on the street. Renters insurance is a must with liability at lease $500,000 coverage. Pet deposit of $350 will be required for each pet.

    "It’s quiet regardless of how many cars there are it’s peaceful, no loud music just crickets and birds. It’s as if the entire neighborhood is problay full of elderly hence why there are no loud noises not even at night. You may hear a car burn out if your outside from afar but that’s bout it. I see no other reason not to live here. I haven’t heard of any robins or killings in the area or gunshots, and no people using illegal drugs either."

Numerous Xmas lights all over the place, most notably, what my family has dubbed "The Box House", on Pecos St, just north of 100th. Numerous fireworks shows all over for New Year's. "
