All animals are screened by a 3rd party screening company to be verified as a service animal. Verified service animals have no pet fees due. If unverified, pet fees will be required.

    "Gulf Breeze schools are some of the best in the state of Florida. Gulf Breeze, for the most part, is a very affluent area and has an extremely low crime rate. The beaches in this area are some of the most beautiful in the state, in my opinion. The only drawbacks to living here are the threat of hurricanes (this is a very hurricane-prone area) and the high insurance rates that result. Also, Pensacola Beach has become quite the tourist trap and beach traffic is heavy in the Spring & Summer. "
