We are a gated community with two sparkling pools and laundry facilities on site. There is assigned parking with plenty of street parking for guests. The building is conveniently located near lots of shops and restaurants. We are 5 mins from the Palmdale Metrolink Station and the Antelope Valley Freeway for you commuters.The building has very nice tenants and there is a welcoming sense of community. We are less than 10 mins the from the Antelope Valley Mall. We are a family oriented community and PAC Certified by the city (Partners Against Crime) . Se Habla Espanol.
