About this House

It is the only duplex in the Country Club subdivision, with one-level living (no stairs) and three parking spaces at your front door. It is very nice and clean, and is freshly painted. Both units are having new siding installed this summer, with new Pella thermal, double hung windows being installed, too. The home is approximately 3.5 miles off Highway 141 and Old Highway 21. It is within minutes of Arnold, Fenton and Gravois Bluffs shopping. Since there is only Pergo hardwood and ceramic flooring (no carpeting), the home is great for allergy sufferers. The kitchen has black appliances including a smooth top, self-cleaning range, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator and microwave, with maple wooden cabinets. There is a large walk-in pantry in kitchen. Window treatments are included. The living room is 19 x 12 feet. The utility room has hookups for a full-sized washer and dryer. The home is totally electric. There are two steel insulated doors, one leading from the kitchen on the side into the backyard, which includes a large storage shed. Address 3865 is on the right side. This side has a small, enclosed patio area, including privacy fencing. This unit has the use of one-half of the locked storage shed. It is located in the Fox School District. Cats are okay, no dogs please. No smoking inside of home. We require an application to be completed with no fee. There are no fees or additional rent for the pets. A rent history and work history is required in the application. We require proof of renter's insurance. An applicant with a history of eviction problems and non-payment of rent should not apply. The tenant is responsible for paying for electricity, water, cable, internet and telephone bills. The owner is responsible for paying for the sewer bill and trash pickup.

A one year lease is required. Proof of renters' insurance is required. The first months' rent of $715 and a depost of $715 is required at time of lease signing. No smoking inside of home.
