- If retired, proof of retirement income such as social security, disability, liquid assets, personal savings/bank account, or stocks. Copy of last 3 months of bank statements.
3. Pets: information on size and breed must be provided. Property may require a pet rent or deposit. ESA/Service animals: must submit supporting documentation.
