Close enough town, but out for those who like the quiet and serenity of county living. The beautiful front door is both welcoming and stunning. It allows natural light into the foyer of this home. The dark wood flooring enhances the beauty of the home. The family room has a fireplace that creates a relaxing atmosphere on those cold dreary days. The kitchen is located off the family is has plenty of room for entertaining or feeding your family. The red dining room with the beautiful light adds richness to the home. The small room off of the dining room and off to the right from the foyer is a great place to set up your office, have a play room or just a nice place to relax and read.

There are three bedrooms, two of which have carpet and the larger bedroom has the dark wood flooring. The larger bedroom has plenty of window and natural light. The attached bathroom has a walk in closet, jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Again, plenty of natural light in this room.

The second bathroom has a separate area for the toilet and shower. Double vanity give plenty of room for guests or for your family. There is a linen closet that is conveniently located in the bathroom as well.

This small town is on the positive side of city improvements, especially at the intersecting streets for downtown which include new lighting, trees, landscaping with new sidewalks....and, for that matter, a systematic improvement for all intersections in the city that are handicap accessible with lowered lips on curbs for wheelchairs. NAS Fallon seems to be increasing in business with approvals for more flight training in the next three years. Churchill County (inclusive of the city of Fallon) is just completing a dry milk processing plant which recently increased the plans, and activities of many local ranchers/dairies. This old town in the old west offers great opportunities for raising children with proximity to larger cities. "
