Inside laundry with washer and dryer included. Large master has full bath with separate garden tub and shower plus WIC and private toilet room. Covered patio, grass backyard, easy-care desert front yard. Landlord pays HOA, but you get use all the community amenities: pool, spa, clubhouse, parks, pond, tennis courts. Power Ranch is close to shopping and east valley recreation.

No additiional admin fees.
Approved tenant agrees to take possession on/before August 1, 2025.
Upon approval, tenant pays a $500 earnest deposit to be applied to the security deposit at move-in.
NO SMOKING.
ONE SMALL DOG accepted (less than 35 lbs). Pet Dep $350 plus $30/mo pet fee.
All vehicles must fit in garage or drive. NO STREET PARKING.
Tenant is responsible for landscaping and pest management.
Owner reserves right to increase security deposit.
Sample lease available upon request. No corporate or subleasing. $65/adult non-refundable application fee.
