Strolling across the room and into the hallway, you have a massive bathroom to the right side - endowed with dual sinks, tons of cabinet & drawer storage, and ample counter space. Thoughtfully designed, the mirror(s) span the entirety of the vanity wall to create extra brightness and ability for cosmetic prep at any spot. Turning to the opposite side of hallway is the sprawling primary bedroom. This bedroom can EASILY fit a king sized bed plus many other additions of furniture. While not officially a 'walk-in closet,' the closet box is oversized to allow for much more storage than your typical closet. Amenity-wise, this location is rather unbeatable, with the sandy shores of Hollywood Beach just across the street, the dining and maritime experiences of Channel Islands Harbor only a couple blocks away, and the nightlife of downtown Ventura being a short drive down Harbor Blvd. UTILITIES INCLUDED are gas, water, sewer, trash, & electricity.
