Smaller outbuildings need some work but could be brought back. There’s also a historic home next door that currently rents for $600/month (24-hour notice required to show by law.) The rental has a detached two-car garage with double doors, concrete, and electric. The tenant has been doing remodeling, maintenance, and the property mowing and would love to stay.
