We have our home available on Zillow as For Sale by Owner as while we want to move into smaller home and downsize as our kids get older, we are content staying and enjoying the home we have. We obviously live in our home, and have been undertaking various Home Improvements/renovations, so if anyone arranges for a walk-through, please take this into account and don’t mind the mess.

Among the Renovations, we have replaced the Kitchen Floor with Hardwood, replaced the Kitchen Island, installed a glass cooktop, new dishwasher, and new built in microwave, remodeled two bathrooms, and are re-painting multiple rooms. This past January, we installed a brand new 5 ton A/C unit, with 100,000 btu high efficiency heater! Additional improvements are underway!

This Large Family Home has 4 Bedrooms (with closets) EACH with adjoining full bathrooms, and one Bonus Room (floor to ceiling Hardwood) with a full bath across the hall. Down the hall is an open area used as a family room or office, with a small room adjacent useful as a walk-in closet, art room, tanning room, or any other use you can find. In the Kitchen, the original Hardwood Cabinets are still fully functional, and go amazingly with the new Hardwood Floor! The Kitchen opens up to the Dining Room. The Livingroom is massive, and features a Brick Fireplace with outside/inside accessible Drybox. The Fireplace has Floor to ceiling bookcases on either side, with a 10ft mantle between. A full sized pantry allows for plenty of food storage! The massive 400sqft Game-room features a Pool Table and functioning Coke Machine, as well as a counter space for folding clothes, as the Laundry room is adjacent. This Property also has a separate 729sqft building, with a multitude of possible uses! (Currently needing renovation)
