Maximum number of occupants: 2.

Non-smoking renters only. No smoking, vaping, or using any kind of tobacco, marijuana, or controlled drugs in any form in and outside of the property.

No pets. We have a small dog so extra pets will not be possible.

Quiet time is from 10 PM 6:30 AM. No loud music, talking, or partying..

Good condition. Separate entryway from house. Credit check will be required for potential renter.

The initial lease is 6 months. Then month to month. Both owner or renter reserves the right for a notice to vacate at 30 days minimum (after initial lease term).

Cost to move in:

$1,500 first month, $1,500 last month, $300 security deposit.
