"The people are very nice and polite. Our neighborhood is also close to the U District and Northgate. It is an easy commute to downtown as well. There is a lot of greenery as well and some very nice and unique shops close by."
  • Will_white80
"My neighborhood has real easy access to UW, Northgate, Ballard, Queen Anne and downtown. It also has a nice green belt as a buffer to the busy Lake City Way street. "
  • Will_white80

"I'm not sure, I'm not a dog owner. dogs are everywhere here though, so it seems like a good area for them"
  • Ashreerose
"There are some cute things in the local parks in spring/summer that I’ve never gone to but heard about. The community all gets together and it sounds fun but I’m always working!"
  • Robin O.
"Art shows, political rallies, library events, restaurant events such as Trivia, new restaurant openings, neighborhood watches. "
  • Amandabachand
"It borders a ravine that makes it feel like you’ve found a forested oasis among busy Seattle. There are lots of owls. There are many cafes and grocery stores within walking distance."
