This is a 3rd floor apartment that's in a building that was originally a large Wallingford home ... probably built in the 1920's. At some point in time it was remodeled into apartments. The windows in the living and kitchen room face east. There is a partial view of the ship canal from the east end of the apartment. In the bedroom the windows face south and west. The apartment gets a good amount of light, and it's a quiet apartment (in a residential setting). The floors are natural wood. It's a no smoking building, dogs are not allowed on sit, but a kitty is fine (with appropriate deposit). There are on site laundry machines (coin operated / shared). Parking is on street only, but parking spots are relatively plentiful around the building.
