Sorry no pets due to nature of co-living home.
Rent varies from $215-250/week, pay weekly or biweekly. Some rooms allow for two people. Easy and quick qualification. Move-in fee is $100 plus first week's rent, no other deposit required.

We use Padsplit to rent the rooms in the house, which allows renters to pay weekly or biweekly with no long-term lease required. No deposit required, just first week's rent and a $100 move-in fee.

I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail. Where can you see that?"
