Tenant pays for water/sewer/electricity/ wifi. Pets are allowed but maximum is two 20 lbs or less or one pet up to 70 lbs. An additional monthly pet fee of $50.00 per pet will be added to the monthly rent. We do have an HOA that all covenants and bylaws will be followed.     "It’s quiet regardless of how many cars there are it’s peaceful, no loud music just crickets and birds. It’s as if the entire neighborhood is problay full of elderly hence why there are no loud noises not even at night. You may hear a car burn out if your outside from afar but that’s bout it. I see no other reason not to live here. I haven’t heard of any robins or killings in the area or gunshots, and no people using illegal drugs either."
