This quiet, near the Bay, 2nd floor is for rent. It has a remodeled kitchen and bathroom. New double pane windows and window coverings. The hardwood floors have been refurbished, also a new Trane furnace central air has been installed. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and livingroom. New plumbing and waterheater. I have two chest of drawers, a queen size bedframe and an 8x12 rug for your use, if needed. I can have these removed if they are not needed.
Off street parking. Close to the Bay and Around the Bay Trail also picnic areas and Bay views are easily accessible by a short walk.. Getting to BART is a short drive at El Cerrito Del Norte also bus service from Rodeo to San Francisco is just down the hill from the home. There is an optional rv pad for two cars or a rv.
OWNER pays for trash, and 1/2 electricity. RENTER is responsible for gas, and the electricity, water, sewer is negotiable. Small dog under 5lbs. Female cat ok.
