"My take on Loveland is that it used to be a small kinda rural type town and it’s slowing becoming more and more suburban-fied. It’s nice here! Has a laid back vibe, some new restaurants that are good, lots of nature trails and the river of course!"

"It is very basic. There are some areas that are very nice with big homes, some that are just decent and then there are those few that may need updating. Loveland is filled with restaurants and shopping and over all great neighborhoods!"

"I have lived in Loveland for 15 years. I have been active in the community. When we arrived here from Milford it was a hard working blue collar affordable community. Every year since the separation of upper class and the middle and lower class has become more evident. Can’t wait to get out of this over priced town. Loveland doesn’t care for the middle and lower class. Only if you have a lot of money do you matter here now. "

"My family and I have lived in this neighborhood for 28 years, and my husband grew up in Loveland on the Symmes Township side. We love the bike trail and the community which has a lot to offer, especially old historic downtown Loveland with little shops and unique restaurants. Most people in our neighborhood have been living here about as long as we have. Everyone’s kids are grown up now, but everyone is pretty much staying in this neighborhood because it is offering the best of all worlds."
