    "I grew up in this neighborhood and my parents still live here. The houses here are on bigger lots with mature trees. The neighborhood has a mixed age group in it, ranging from retirees to younger families. There are several parks in the area and its very close to shopping. Home values seem reasonable, especially among the homes that may have not been updated consistently throughout the years. Several of the homes on my street still have the original owners in them my grandparents knew. "
