The spacious backyard features a graceful, beautiful oak tree, along with some grass and a locked storage unit in the corner of the yard. Three cars can be parked on the driveway, with two of the cars being covered by the carport. There is also a locked storage area at the end of the driveway. Renter pays for all utilities. Pets are allowed with an additional $100 security deposit. Initial lease is for one year, and after that, as agreed by the tenant(s) and the owners, the contract would go to month-to-month. Credit report required. Please do not disturb current tenant.
