A charming and cozy home sitting on a large lot (6,665 sq. ft.) just east of Marengo Ave. in Altadena, north of Altadena Dr. 2 BR/1 BA, with Nest-controlled central air conditioning and heat, and a back patio for relaxing, plus a large backyard for dining al fresco. Quiet, private neighborhood bolstered by double-paned windows throughout the home. Appliances for your use: Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator, Stove.
There is a side by side washer and dryer and a utility sink on the covered back patio. The spacious backyard features a graceful, beautiful oak tree, along with some grass and a locked storage unit in the corner of the yard. Three cars can be parked on the driveway, with two of the cars being covered by the carport. There is also a locked storage area at the end of the driveway. Renter pays for all utilities. Pets are allowed with an additional $100 security deposit. Initial lease is for one year, and after that, as agreed by the tenant(s) and the owners, the contract would go to month-to-month. Credit report required. Please do not disturb current tenant.

Renter will pay for utilities. Pets are allowed for a modest monthly fee.

The only area of concern is there are wild animals living in the area; coyotes, bears, bobcats, skunk, opossum, rattlesnake and deer. Dogs and cats should never be left unmonitored in their yards, as they may be eaten or injured by coyotes at any time of the day."
