May - December 2026. The rate is $2,000 per month, electric included.

2027:
January - April 30th, 2027. The rate is $3,500.00 per month, with all utilities included.

The tenant is responsible for the monthly rental amount, a $50.00 HOA Application Fee, a $280.00 Cleaning Fee, a $45.00 Lease Origination Fee, and a Security Deposit (variable depending on the length of stay).
