Room Description

Yours is a furnished room in a quiet, safe neighborhood near Main St and Moravian Main Campus. Easy access to 378 and 22 or the bus system. Room is a furnished second floor bedroom close to the shared bathroom. Shared kitchen, dinning, and living room. Extra space on site for storage available. Are you coming with a couch? Fantastic...I'll get rid of mine! Do you like to garden...the back yard is yours! Extra amenities: far infrared sauna, elliptical, fenced in private yard with grill.

Room is $500 a month plus 1/4 utilities. Utilities are between ($75 to $150) a month depending on electricity and heat usage. Deposit is $500. To move in, one will need deposit, rent and 1st month's utilities: 1000 plus 1/4th first month's utilities. Income will need to be 3x rent. Pass a background check.

The roommates: 1 personable middle aged professional male who works at a local college, 1 middle age professional male (stays to himself), 1 middle aged female works part time.
