About this House

Big water, great view. Partial structure on property but previous owners gutted and now there is a roof, walls, and basement. Two out buildings are there. Dock has been damaged. I am told if there was a dock permit it is easy to obtain another from Duke, but check with Duke Power. This short road has water on both sides. There could be a well, but has not been verified.
