This is a small apartment complex with 7 units in a park like setting in the historic St. Francis district. It is on the corner of 1st Street and Mariposa Street, close to Central and Camelback, across from the Uptown Plaza shopping center. The light rail is within one block.
Owner will be on site 5/4/2022 to paint, clean, and to work on kitchen and bathroom upgrades. Prior to calling, please "drive by" the location to see if it suits you. Please do not disturb the renters.

Also the surrounding streets seem to be always under construction but never fixed .expect constant car wrecks on 19thave. I would leave earlier i taking northern or Glendale east/west in the morning its a busy street for commuting."
