Walk to the river for sunsets, or to the Promenade for dinner, Calhoun St. for shopping: the location beyond perfect! Located within the original 1 square mile of Bluffton, this is the first actual neighborhood the town saw develop. I have been the sole owner and love the privacy of my back yard as well as the convenience of walking downtown. You can hear the fountain from the library when you are out back floating in the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Most of the people have lived here 10-35 years. You don't want to leave once you're here! NO POA!!!! Everything is within 3 miles: Walmart, Home Depot, Tanger Outlets...and yet you have the old town a few minutes away by foot. Within the last 2-5 years I have installed a new roof, repaved and enlarged the driveway, added a fence around the back, trex decking, had gas brought to the house, painted inside and out, smooth ceilings and more. Mature landscaping includes blueberries, lemon and clementine trees, azaleas, ginger, roses, hibiscus, I could go on. A simple home on a great lot in a great location. Built by a builder for he and his wife but they tweaked a few things and built their home 6 houses down. OWNER IS A SCRA

At high tide, we see DOLPHINS strand feeding and they’re practically in our back yard. Our neighbors are well educated, friendly, and trustworthy. They’re helpful too. We have found our very own paradise here. "
