Recessed lighting was recently added to the living and the bedroom.

Residential street-parking permit, zone 6, is available around the Car Barn and throughout the Capitol Hill Area. Street parking has never been an issue for us.

CONVENIENT LOCATION
The building is located in Capitol Hill, 1 mile from the Capitol. It is a block from Lincoln Park. You can easily walk to restaurants at Eastern Market (10min), Barracks Row (12-15min) and H Street (15min).
Closest Metro stops include Stadium Armory, Potomac, and Eastern market. There are several bike shares at each and a bike share at the corner of 15th and East Cap. (blue, silver and orange lines)
At the corner of 15th and East Cap, there is also a convenient store (the Cupboard) and a brand new restaurant being built. The Capitol Hill cafe is just north on A St NE and 15th.
Grocery stores are within walking distance. The condo is less than half a mile from both Harris Teeter and Safeway. Trader Joe's in Eastern Market and the Market itself is very walkable.
