CONVENIENT LOCATION
The building is located in Capitol Hill, 1 mile from the Capitol. It is a block from Lincoln Park. You can easily walk to restaurants at Eastern Market (10min), Barracks Row (12-15min) and H Street (15min).
Closest Metro stops include Stadium Armory, Potomac, and Eastern market. There are several bike shares at each and a bike share at the corner of 15th and East Cap. (blue, silver and orange lines)
At the corner of 15th and East Cap, there is also a convenient store (the Cupboard) and a brand new restaurant being built. The Capitol Hill cafe is just north on A St NE and 15th.
Grocery stores are within walking distance. The condo is less than half a mile from both Harris Teeter and Safeway. Trader Joe's in Eastern Market and the Market itself is very walkable.
