The Furnace is a year old as well as the dishwasher is two years old. The stove is a confectionery stove and is exhausted right out of the kitchen to the outdoors. The dining room could easily be a bedroom down as it originally was. The framing for the closets are still there as I left them in case someone wanted that room to be a dining room. The floors in the kitchen and in my bedroom are new all of the PVC piping for all the plumbing and electrical is updated. There are fuse boxes downstairs and there is one in the Mackinaw suite. The Furnace in the Mackinaw suite is two years old maybe three. All new town Sinks in both kitchens upgraded with the German treatment. Some of the furnishings can be negotiated as well as the paintings. This has been a successful Airbnb for five years. DURING THE WINTER MONTHS the mackinaw suite is rented as a furnished studio apartment for $1200 a month, which includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, and cable this suite has a private entrance. The landscaping was also all new here and the terrace in front with new fencing all the way around the property. There's a rose garden to the back of the home and perennials all throughout the gardens for easy maintenance. Many upgrades, so the house is now functionally as perfect as can be for the new owner. There is nothing major that needs to be done. There's also a new furnace in the main house it was put in in 2023. This beautiful home that was built in 1888 by a French architect.

"I spend my summers up here and it is BY FAR my favorite place to go. There are tons of great restaurants, the people here are so nice and helpful and they really make you feel at home. The city is small enough that you can walk everywhere but big enough that driving around isn't an issue. It has something great to do for all ages, like the casino and the beach. There are many fun activities in the summer such as boat and jet ski rentals, canoeing, festivals, parades, and shopping!!! You really do get that "small town feel" when you are up here. The entire city treats you like family and they are great with both kids and pets! I've lived here, I travel here every summer, and I'd like to live there permanently someday."
