"One hour each way. With good traffic. Often a 55 mile an hour road means traveling 35-45 miles an hour behind tourists who don pull over. Other than that it’s a beautiful drive"

"Its a great area! We have a great view of the mountains and we are only 30 mins from Shaver Lake for all your outdoor fun! Were not far from the high school or the grade school.There are 4-H groups in the area and zoning for animals.We have our own well and some fruit trees.There are oak, pine,and red woods on the property.Its been a great place for us to live!"
