Parking isn’t an issue for Residents, but absolutely horrible for guests- there’s only 4 designated guest parking spaces for our entire subdivision and are several blocks away from 98% of the homes here. The Community is extremely well maintained, just be prepared to receive countless letters from the HOA if you have one drop of oil on the pavers in your driveway or more than 3 potted plants in front of your house. "
