The floor plan is very open with the kitchen, living room and outdoor space all come together and this truly feels like you are living in paradise! There is a wonderful, warm den that works great as an office for you while you vacation!

The master bedroom has a king size bed and the en suite bath has a soaker tub and walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are on the other side of the house, giving it a nice split floor plane. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two extra long twin size beds. Any additional overnight guests can use the queen sized futon sofa in the den!

The amenities in the home include a new 60 flat screen LCD TV, and WiFi and basic cable throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a bar height counter with stools to create a nice, informal dining space. There is also a laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer as well as a side loading 2 car garage!

Located in a a lovely, centrally located gated community with a Clubhouse that includes a pool, exercise room, billiards room and games room. This home is only a short walk to Golden Gate community park which features free public access to outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts, a full size basketball court, baseball fields, playground, shuffleboard, and a paved fitness trail. The park includes an aquatics facility with a large outdoor heated pool, childrens activity pool, water slides, and springboards.
