Description

Experience luxury beachfront living in this stunning three-story corner mansion, meticulously designed and rebuilt in 2001. The first floor welcomes you with abundant natural light, the modern open-concept kitchen boasts Italian custom-made glass cabinets and high-end Miele appliances, and Subzero Fridge, complemented by an oak dining table and a convenient half bathroom. A spacious living room adorned with sliding doors of transparent glass leading to a custom built garage and staircase to second-level roof-deck garden. Ascend the elegant staircase from the first floor living room to discover a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony offering panoramic views of the beach. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor with the back bedroom leading out to the roof-deck garden above the garage, and an expansive bathroom complete the second floor. The luxurious third floor features a spacious family room with a 3/4 bathroom, vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, skylight windows, a gas-burning fireplace, and a bar, perfect for lavish entertaining. A spiral staircase leads to a unique loft space, I like to call this an indoor treehouse. Step out of the 3rd floor onto the spectacular balcony with breathtaking views of the beach, Verrazzano Bridge, and the Manhattan skyline. Convenient transportation options including express buses to Midtown Manhattan, and local buses to the MTA subway station, this home seamlessly blends architectural elegance with modern comforts, offering the ultimate luxury coastal retreat.

"Where I’m at you have to take the bus to the station t Coney Island. The waits can be pretty long 10-20min for buses. Luckily there are dollar cabs rolling through regularly. To get to anywhere popular like the city or even Williamsburg takes forever. Definitely don’t recommend living here unless you own a vehicle. Takes about 1.5-2.0 hrs to get to midtown Manhattan using public transportation."

"Great transportation but everything is far from here. It takes about 30 mins by car or subway on a good day. Lots of public spaces and it’s great in the summer. Extremely cold in the winter. Flooding can happen if you own a home. We are seconds away from the ocean in all directions. "

"I have lived in this neighborhood for 22 years, and have a lot of friends. There is Coney Island Amusement Park, open from Palm Sunday to Labor Day. We have Nathan’s Famous Restaurant the Famous Cyclone and our famous Cyclones Baseball minor leaguers. You can drive, just stay away from housing and private parking lots. There is also the Famous New York Aquarium newly renovated. We have IHOP, Applebee’s Restaurant, Grimaldi’s Famous pizzeria, Foot Prints Caribbean Restaurant. There are both free and paid concerts, check for days."
