"This location is truly the center of town. It is 10-15 minutes to downtown Jax & the San Marco area. It's 10 minutes to an abundance of shopping in Mandarin. It's 15-20 minutes to the beaches area. The Bolles School, San Jose Episcopal Day School & San Jose Catholic School is a short 5 minute drive. There are 2 wonderful Country clubs w/i 5-10 minutes(San Jose CC and Epping Forest Yacht & CC). This is a nice, safe neighborhood, a great place to relocate & to raise a family."
