Parents move anytime of the year they have been giving me a run around to register my child now their telling me I have to wait til next year which doesn’t make sense been giving me a hard time since day one the racism and discrimination at this school is ridiculous

I'M A CONWAY MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT, CURRENTLY AT THE A-B HONOR ROLL PARTY, AND I'M ASHAMED TO BE A CONWAY FALCON. Parents, heed my warning, they will not celebrate your students correctly. There is no food, no drink, and the only activity there is here is sports. Me and my friend group aren't great at sports, and don't really like them

For the first few years, our experience at this school was very positive. There were many incredible teachers who truly cared about their students, went above and beyond, and clearly loved what they did. Unfortunately, many of those teachers have since retired or left, and the overall quality and consistency of staff has noticeably declined. While there are still some amazing teachers at the school, there has also been an increase in inexperienced or low-quality teachers whose behavior and classroom management are concerning. Some interactions with students have come across as intimidating, overly harsh, inappropriate, or unfairly targeted toward certain children. There also seems to be a growing issue with teachers nitpicking or treating students differently based on personal bias rather than fairness and professionalism. One of the biggest concerns is that when students voice concerns or feel uncomfortable with a teacher’s behavior, they often end up feeling targeted or getting into trouble themselves instead of being taken seriously. That creates an unhealthy environment for children and discourages them from speaking up when something is wrong. Another major concern is accountability. When issues involving staff are brought forward, it often feels like the school is more focused on protecting employees than addressing parent concerns or prioritizing student well-being. What is especially concerning is that even faculty members and counselors who genuinely care about students have acknowledged that some behavior being displayed is not normal or appropriate for a teacher. When even respected staff members are noticing concerns about teacher conduct and character, it points to a larger issue within the school environment. The school also appears to be struggling with teacher retention, with frequent staffing changes and vacant positions affecting stability for students. This school has the potential to improve, but stronger hiring standards, better oversight, and greater accountability are needed. At this time, I would not personally recommend the school until the teacher-related issues are properly addressed, because the current environment is negatively affecting students.
