Custom woodwork, cabinetry and tile throughout

1880s reclaimed barnwood flooring

Built in original dinette that seats 4 from the 1920s

Built in queen sized Muphy bed (a new gel foam mattress will be provided)

Secret hidden bathroom passageway that is activated by tipping a book on the bookshelf to unlock the secret door

Walk in shower featuring custom tilework and heirloom quality tile

Washer/dryer, refrigerator, and stove included

Outside seating area with built-in in swivel seats and tile tabletop

Air conditioning, tankless water heater and flat screen television included

This cottage is one of five homes that makeup the Shaffer Cottages
