This is the one you have been waiting for! A fully renovated, four bed, two bath, fully detached single family home with parking in Prime Kensington! Upon entering, a separate entry foyer with coat closet provides a proper welcome before one enters the massive open concept first floor living space. The sprawling 560 sqft space features 9 ft high ceilings, windows on three sides, and room for several seating areas, as well as formal dining. The renovated eat in kitchen features a suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and abundant cabinet space. The star of the kitchen are the floor to ceiling windows, including a fully retractable back wall that opens up to the deck and backyard beyond, offering true indoor/outdoor living. The deck was new as a part of their renovation and features a pergola with vines for shade and stainless steel shelving with a built-in grill. The expansive and open backyard was also re-sodded with lush grass, and features an Insulated Canadian Cedar Dry Sauna at the back of the space for year round enjoyment.
On the second floor one finds the large primary bedroom with a lovely bay window and several armoires for storage. The second back bedroom is also well sized with two closets and windows on two sides washing the room in light. The renovated, windowed full bath has a shower tub combo and completes the second floor. Up one more flight of stairs, the treehouse-like top floor houses two more charming, light and airy bedrooms, the bigger of which features a large dormer window. A semi finished basement includes another full bathroom, laundry room and plenty of storage to ensure you have a place for everything. As if all of that were not enough, parking in the driveway right in front of your home, makes life that much easier: every, single, day!
The 2012 renovation was a full overhaul of the property, including a new central air system, all new electrical wiring and plumbing, a new roof, new boiler, hot water heater, new flooring on the first and second floors, new deck and landscaping in the backyard, resurfacing of the driveway, a new kitchen and all new baths. The home has been lovingly cared for since the renovation, with a new facade and all new insulation completed just three years ago, new first floor windows and second floor front windows just two years ago, and repointing of the basement just one year ago.
The location on East 7th Street between Beverly and Avenue C means you are just a few blocks from some of the finest offerings of the neighborhood, including favorites such as Cafe Fes, Der Pioneer, Hinterlands Bar, Wheated, Lark, Werkstatt, and all of the offerings of Cortelyou Road just 4 blocks away! In addition, the F, G, B & Q trains are all within a 10 minute walk, and the joys of Prospect Park are a mere 15 minute walk.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTHIS IS A HORRIBLE SCHOOL!! if you want to send your kid to A RLLY BAD SCHOOL, send them here :) your kids education is the most important thing and in this school, you wont get that. they are barely any opportunities. your child is not going to be safe here. The staff has an attitude and wont cooperate with you. There's a lot of threats against students. The teachers there dont know how to teach and they are very unprofessional. And they are very biased against people. They would always prefer/ believe upper classmen over lower class ppl. The staff have favorites and the school is a C rating. the building is very nasty and the bathroom has no mirrors and its always clogged and the toilets are very nasty. They assistant principals are very rude and they wont understand you. The highschool is only 1 floor and its very small area. They lock our phones in a pouch and i feel as a student that in case of an emergency that i should be able to use my phone and contact people. The assistant principal doesn't show mercy and every little mistake you do, she will punish you or even suspend u. They dont keep secrets. If you tell the guidance counselour something, they would just send you to get mental help. They dont understand and they're trying to find an easy way out. Horrible staff members. A lot of students dont feel safe in this school, and they are scared of certain students in this building. As a student I dont feel safe because of the staff members and some students that are involved in school fights and etc. Theres a lot of bullying that goes on in this school. and ofc academic wise, this school's teachers honestly dont teach good at all! They dont believe you if you want to use the bathroom. This school in general is not safe. Theres only 1 security guard for the entire building, and this is very concerning. As a student and as a classmate, ive heard many bad things about this school but i didn't believe until i showed up and attended this school myself. Its my job to protect you guys for humanity because this is literally not good. The staff gives attitude, they treat you like animals. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they dont want you to stand up for yourself. If you are getting beaten up, according to them, you have to let them beat u up and wait for a teacher to come into the situation. If you want a GOOD AND REAL highschool experience, dont attend this school. PLEASEEE STAY AWAYYY!!!!!!Student Review3mo ago - Check out schools near 375 E 7th St.
