"I’ve lived here for almost 5 years now and coming from the city it was almost a culture shock for my daughter. Being able to get her away from the city and in a nice neighborhood with a great school with lots of opportunities was all i ever wanted! Now she has friends all over the place and I feel so comfortable letting her just be a kid in our quiet neighborhood."
  • D Smith
"It’s a good neighborhood people are very good . It’s a pretty safe place. Prices are on the high end"
  • Laquan Thomas
"All dogs on leashes people clean up after their pets overall friendly environment for pets an their owners "
  • Nicole S.
"Less than 15 minutes away from work. No traffic there and back. Centrally located. Nice place to live and visit."
  • Mitch H.
"St Ann is a diverse population that has many great features as well as the usual struggles of a suburb. Easy access to interstates means it is well positioned to enjoy the amenities of the city or the developments in St. Charles. Easy access to the airport might be appealing for some. The Pattonville school district is fantastic. "
  • Adesignpro
"Tough police officers here. City is like a HOA with many good rules. Like mold, must keep house clean. "
  • Demetra M.
"The commute is safe and it’s nice to see the police patrolling the neighborhoods. I have been living here for 2 months now and it’s quiet place to live."
  • Marissa K.
"People are always walking their dogs down the streets and at or around the park. Just make sure you have or get a permit for your pets and a safe yard enclosure. "
  • Marissa K.
"It’s a pretty tight net neighborhood. Not much other traffic than those who live here. The basics are all nearby, and the neighbors are respectful. "
  • Jenhairdiva
"i personally dont know of any event that st ann puts on im always seeing stuff from the neighboring town overland"
  • Dab5250
"Great access to community, transportation hospitals food and socializing..Variety of options to choose from!"
  • PB
"I've been in this neighborhood for a year now and to me, it seems to be a quite neighborhood so far and I'm thankful for that considering the previous area Ilived in before. I have to look outside to see if anyone is out at times because it's so quiet. Everyone seems to keep to themselves and that's a good thing. It helps keep problems and drama down."
  • Lisa
"Love living in St. Ann. The police department are wonderful and do their job. Everything you need is close, and events at the park are fun. "
  • Glenna S.
"l've lived here since 8/2016, and not really a great neighborhood, but I've also lived in worse. I'd like to move back to a neighborhood that I lived in before, but I don't make enough money so I'm stuck here. "
  • Gary B.
"this is a well maintained town.. however the police officers here are just so dang rude..and the streets leave something to be desired"
  • Ex3rrr
"Yes neighbors are always walking dogs all day long dogs are everywhere this is a perfect neighborhood for dogs"
  • Juliestldavis
"Like. Very quite street and room to walk dog. People seem to pick up litter respectfully. Dogs kept on leashes."
