1 small dog allowed for an additional $30 per month (breed restrictions apply). Sorry, no cats are permitted. Must have 2 years of verifiable present and/or past landlord history other than friends/family. Lease start date must be within 10 days of application approval, if vacant property. The Security Deposit, $100 non-refundable administration fee, the first months rent and 3.25% monthly administration fee are due within 24 hours of approval. This must be paid in our office by either cashiers check or money order; No Personal checks or Cash will be accepted for these move-in monies. Roommates are allowed in our properties, however more landlord history may be required especially for those properties around the ASU area. On-time rental payments are required to be made through on-line payment center to avoid payment processing fee of $25.

    "My neighborhood is friendly and has more animal lovers around than you would imagine. I also have a short commute to the freeway to get to work or parts of Scottsdale and Phoenix quickly. Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. All we can do is try and take it one day at a time and one small act of kindness a day to change the future of our community we live in. "

I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail. Where can you see that?"
