This must be paid in our office by either cashiers check or money order; No Personal checks or Cash will be accepted for these move-in monies. Roommates are allowed in our properties, however more landlord history may be required especially for those properties around the ASU area. On-time rental payments are required to be made through on-line payment center to avoid payment processing fee of $25.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. All we can do is try and take it one day at a time and one small act of kindness a day to change the future of our community we live in. "

I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail.
